Produced by Jaeya “Jaeonic” Bayani and Cali “Caliber” Castillo. Tasked with curating pitch deck alongside co-producer and contacting potential panelists with the help of Alex Fruchter, founder and president of indie hip hop label, “Closed Sessions” and instructor of Columbia College Chicago record label practicum for AEMMP.
Communicated with confirmed panelists, vendors and performers through emails with Jaeya Bayani - sent out pitch deck and planned various meetings to update current Kapwa collective on updated information.
Communicated with businesses, including BÉIS by Shay Mitchell, Jollibee, and The Chicago Bulls, to invite as sponsors (both in-kind and financial).
Confirmed and collaborated with sponsors (including Redbull, Topo Chico, and Nguyen Coffee Supply) in directing product for day-of-show.
Created spread sheets for organized contact lists for potential venues, fundraisers, sponsors, and other performers/connects. Created updated spread sheets for Run of Show, confirmed performers, confirmed vendors, and confirmed sponsors.
